For information on both unschooling and homeschooling, but mainly unschooling, I highly recommend Grace Llewellyn's Teenage Liberation Handbook.
It has information on why school is bad for you, how to convince your parents to let you unschool, how to transition from schooling to homeschooling or unschooling, how to figure out what form of homeschooling/unschooling works for you, and a lot of resources.
